Founder & Executive DirectorIsatou Aisha Jallow is an international development strategist, social impact entrepreneur, and global consultant with more than two decades of leadership experience across the U.S. and Africa. She is the Co-Founder and Vice President of the Platform for the Empowerment of African Women (PAAF), supporting over 21,000 women farmers in Senegal, and the Founder of AskanBe, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing education, healthcare, economic empowerment, and strategic partnerships throughout Africa. Aisha advises governments, nonprofits, and private sector leaders on sustainable development, investment, healthcare, agriculture, and women's economic inclusion, creating innovative collaborations that drive measurable and lasting social impact.
Yai Fatou (Kuri) Jallow
Board MemberYai Fatou (Kuri) Jallow is a nonprofit leader and fundraising professional with 15 years of experience in donor engagement, community outreach, and strategic development. As a Major Gifts Officer at United Way of King County, a Seattle, Washington nonprofit organization, she builds partnerships and mobilizes resources that strengthen communities. Kuri is also a board member and advocate for marginalized communities, with a passion for youth entrepreneurship, supporting neurodivergent children, and empowering individuals with disabilities. Her work is rooted in equity, inclusion, and the creation of opportunities that help underserved communities thrive.
Moussa Samb
Board MemberMoussa Samb is HomeSight's Director of Lending Partnerships, overseeing most of HomeSight's external lending relationships with government agencies and partner organizations. He previously oversaw HomeSight's Homeownership Center, composed of the lending and counseling teams. Moussa has an extensive financial background with 20+ years of experience in retail banking, investment services, and mortgage lending, with a proclivity for the nonprofit sector shaped by his own experiences. He is a community outreach leader who strives to assist underserved low- and moderate-income populations across diverse cultural settings. Moussa holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Non-profit Leadership from Seattle University.
Larry Landry
Board MemberLarry Landry is the Principal of Build Mod LLC, a Seattle-based design-build development company focused on creating high-quality, sustainable housing solutions throughout the Pacific Northwest. His work centers on missing middle housing, urban infill development, ADUs, DADUs, residential redevelopment, and value-driven construction projects, partnering with property owners, investors, architects, engineers, and contractors to transform underutilized properties into thoughtfully designed communities. Before founding Build Mod, Larry practiced law in Seattle for 30 years. He holds a Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Washington.
